Arcannia provides access to Humanari—AI-powered software agents designed to mirror aspects of human conversation and to simulate certain styles such as memory-like context, personality-like patterns, emotional tone, and (where available) voice interaction.

Humanari are software tools. They are not human, not conscious, not sentient, and do not provide professional services. The Service does not create any fiduciary, therapeutic, medical, legal, or other professional relationship.

We may collect and process Input, Output, account information, device/usage data, and related metadata solely to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Service, and to comply with applicable law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict of law principles. Unless a different dispute resolution mechanism is specified in Section 20, any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Santiago, RS, Brazil. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if you qualify as a consumer under applicable law, you may bring claims in the forum required by mandatory consumer protection rules.
